For those of you that end up hiring us to apply a protective coating for your investment, rest assured we do not cut corners and always make sure prep is done correctly, no matter how long it takes. You can see below that every square inch of truck bed and tailgate that will be sprayed has been sanded by machine and hand to ensure the best possible adhesion. Additionally, if you have a “step-gate” or vehicle with a plastic covering on the tailgate, we remove it and spray underneath to ensure maximum protection. This is simply the way we prefer to operate, following the path of excellence and total customer satisfaction. Marvel Industrial Coatings Inc., our supplier, is actually the original provider of protective commercial coatings in the industry with over 35 years of combined experience. Our coatings are made up of commercial grade 80% polyurea – 20% polyurethane unlike the junk that’s sold in a box, can or bottle and sprayed through a hopper or Shultz gun, or rolled on. Hawaii Spray Lining’s Polyurea hybrid chemistry has an outstanding track record of consistent, trouble-free performance. Polyureas are formed by the reaction between an isocyanate (A side) and a polyol (B side) and is by far the leader in flexibility, abrasion resistance, and durability.

This warranty is valid only if the Hawaii Spray Lining has not been misused, abused, or subject to excessive wear. The warranty covers material, not hourly labor. The foregoing is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, and we are not responsible for any expense, including removal inconvenience or consequential damage, caused by items of our manufacture or sale.
