2012 Honolulu Food And Wine Festival Display Art Coatings

This was a dragon sculped by artist Rick Romer of "Current Affairs" It was subsequently purchased by the MODERN Hotel for the 2012 Honolulu Food And Wine Festival. Being that the dragon was three dimensional and had two sides, it needed to be coated to reinforce the foam it was sculpted from and to protect it from the elements before it could be suspended above the hotel's pool and the fog machine installed. What a cool piece of art!
